1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph09 ("ph09," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph09 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ph09.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the ph09 registration process, logging in to an existing ph09 account, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that ph09 may publish from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ph09 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph09, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under the Philippine gaming regulatory framework. ph09 does not permit access to individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph09 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ph09 or by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ph09 may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ph09 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a ph09 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your ph09 login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ph09 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your ph09 account, whether or not authorized by you.

ph09 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph09 reasonably suspects that the registration information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph09 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph09 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and Philippine-issued debit cards. ph09 does not accept credit card deposits for gaming accounts in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to ph09's verification requirements.
• ph09 may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the ph09 platform at the time of the withdrawal request.
• ph09 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud checks, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reviews, or identity verification procedures.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

ph09 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph09 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: ph09 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where ph09 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Modification: ph09 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph09 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph09 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the ph09 platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing ph09 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ph09 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the ph09 platform or the experience of other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph09 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ph09 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph09 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph09 content without prior written authorisation from ph09.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph09 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph09 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

ph09's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph09 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph09 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph09 makes no representations regarding the outcome of any game or the accuracy of any odds or game information displayed on the Platform.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

ph09 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph09, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph09 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and secure storage for data at rest. ph09 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph09 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide all registered players with access to the following tools, available directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph09 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ph09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.

Upon account closure, ph09 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) to the player via the registered payment channel, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

You may close your ph09 account at any time by contacting ph09 customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph09 operates within the PAGCOR-regulated framework applicable to online gaming platforms serving Filipino players.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph09 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph09 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph09 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ph09.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the ph09 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
